How long does delivery take?
Please note that the times listed below refer to our programs, packed juice boxes, and soups. If you are building a box of individual juices, shots, or smoothies, please be aware that there may be a few days lead time, as it is not always possible for us to have everything in stock.
If we need to deliver to a farm, please note that a surcharge will apply, and this charge will not have been calculated at checkout.
If you need your order faster than the times indicated below, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After we receive your order, we will send you an email with your waybill number, courier contact details, and confirmation of your delivery date.
WESTERN CAPE:
Order received and paid for by close of business on:
Monday to Friday are delivered two working days later.
Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Wednesday.
Some outlying areas are only serviced by our couriers on certain days of the week. It’s best to please check with us.

Do you deliver?
We deliver to most parts of South Africa.
How do I know if you deliver to my area?
In your shopping cart click ‘calculate shipping’, enter your postal code and click ‘update’. If you receive a message:
“This is not a standard shipping zone. Please contact us for a shipping quote”
It means we have not delivered to your area before. Please email your delivery address to fiona@juicerevolution.co.za and we will check with our couriers if delivery to your address is possible.
What drives the delivery fee?
As your order needs to be delivered frozen, we use couriers who have freezers at their depots and who can get your order from our door to yours in a short time frame.
Can I request a delayed delivery date?
Yes, simply type your required delivery date in the ‘Order Notes’ box on our checkout page.
Do I need to be present at the address when you deliver?
We need you or a representative to be present to sign for the delivery. Our polystyrene boxes must be returned to the couriers in certain areas.
Can I use my courier?
You are welcome to use your courier, but please ensure that they will get your order to you within 24 hours of collecting it from us.
How much is the deliver fee?
The delivery fee differs depending on your area and the weight of your order.

Will my juices arrive frozen?
Regardless of where you live, we guarantee your products arrive frozen at your door. If they are not frozen, please make a note on the waybill when you sign for receipt, take photos of the products, and contact us immediately. We will refund you or replace your products
Storage and Defrosting
How should my products be stored?
Upon receipt place your products directly into your freezer.
Can I refreeze my products if they have defrosted?
We blast-freeze your juices and soups as soon as we make them to lock in the nutrients and preserve the rich, pure taste. It would be best if you consumed them once they are defrosted. Re-freezing will result in a loss of some of the nutrients.
How should I defrost my products?
Defrost your products overnight at room temperature and place them in the fridge upon waking.
You may also choose to defrost your products in the fridge, which will take between 12 and 24 hours, depending on product size and the temperature and load of your fridge.
Once defrosted, keep your products refrigerated and consume within two days.
How long can I keep my juices frozen?
The shelf life of the frozen products is five months. Check the best-before sticker, which shows by when each item should be consumed.

Once I defrost my products, by when should they be consumed?
Please consume within two days of defrosting.
