At Juice Revolution, we believe good health starts with simple principles: eat more fruits and vegetables, choose foods as close to nature as possible, and nourish your body consistently.
The challenge is that modern life often gets in the way. Busy schedules and convenience-driven food choices make it difficult for many people to consume the variety of plant foods their bodies need.
That’s where we come in.
For more than a decade, we’ve been helping South Africans increase their intake of nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables through our range of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, soups, health shots, cleanses, and wellness programs.

Fiona Stander: FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
After a 23-year corporate career spanning finance, technology, consulting, and executive leadership, Fiona Stander, a Chartered Accountant by training, founded Juice Revolution with a mission to make healthy living simpler, more accessible, and grounded in real food.
Her discovery of juicing transformed not only her own wellbeing but also that of her family. Inspired by the profound impact that nutrient-dense, plant-based nutrition could have on everyday health, she founded Juice Revolution in 2014.
Today, Fiona leads Juice Revolution with the same passion and purpose that inspired its creation: helping people feel better in their bodies through the transformative power of real food from Mother Nature, while making healthy living practical, sustainable, and enjoyable.
Our Cold-Pressed Process
Every Juice Revolution product is handcrafted on our smallholding in the beautiful Cape Winelands.
We source fresh produce from trusted local growers, wash it thoroughly using ozonated water, and prepare it by hand before juicing.
Our juices are made using a combination of a state-of-the-art hydraulic cold press and a twin-gear juicer, allowing us to extract juice with minimal heat and oxidation while preserving flavour, colour, and nutritional integrity.
Our soups are prepared in small batches using fresh vegetables, filtered water, herbs, and natural ingredients — with no artificial additives, flavourings, or preservatives.
Once produced, our juices, smoothies, health shots, and soups are blast-frozen to lock in freshness and nutrition at their peak. Stored at a constant -20°C, they remain nutrient-rich until they reach your doorstep.
What you won’t find in our products are artificial colours, artificial flavours, preservatives, added sugar, chemical sweeteners, or unnecessary ingredients.
Just honest, nutrient-dense food from Mother Nature — prepared with care and delivered with purpose.
Sustainability
Mindful Sourcing
Whenever possible, we source our produce from local farmers, reducing food miles while supporting local agriculture. We are also steadily increasing the amount of produce grown on our own Cape Winelands smallholding, bringing food even closer to its source.
Purposeful Production
Our cold-pressed juicing process is designed to maximise flavour, nutritional value, and efficiency while minimising waste. Any fruit and vegetable pulp generated during production is composted and returned to the soil.
Reducing Plastic
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. Several years ago, we introduced redesigned juice and smoothie bottles containing 30% recycled plastic, reducing the amount of virgin plastic used in our packaging by more than 650 tonnes each year.
Designed for Recycling
Our bottles and caps are fully recyclable. We also use labels with wash-off adhesive to make the recycling process easier and more effective.
Better Packaging
Our shipping boxes are recyclable, reusable, and designed for multiple uses. Through our nationwide collection network, we work to keep packaging in circulation and out of landfill wherever possible.
