The kidneys, as organs of homeostasis, are dedicated to maintaining a constant and healthy internal environment in the body. They regulate the body’s water content, the salt balance, and the alkaline balance of the blood. Their complexity is due to their ability to differentiate between waste products and vital substances.
This herbal tea has been specially formulated with a diverse blend of herbs to support the kidneys, enhancing the elimination of waste products and toxins. The tea’s herbal actions, such as diuretics, urinary antiseptics, demulcents, and astringents, play a key role in this process.
Usage Guideline:
You can consume the kidney tea in two ways:
**Kidney Support:**
Once or twice a week, prepare the tea as per the packaging instructions and sip it hot or at room temperature throughout the day.
**Kidney Cleanse:**
You can perform a kidney cleanse once or twice a year over a period of three weeks. To do this, prepare the tea according to the package instructions and sip it throughout the day. It’s best to sip the tea rather than drink it all at once. The reason it should not be consumed at once is to achieve slow and continuous dissolution of crystals and stones throughout the day. The tea can be consumed hot or at room temperature, but should not be refrigerated. Additionally, avoid adding sugar or sweeteners. It’s recommended to wait about an hour after eating before sipping the tea. Continue this routine for three weeks.
If you experience stiffness or pain in your lower back, it could be due to mineral crystals from kidney stones passing through the ureter ducts. The sharp edges of the crystals may irritate the lining of the ureter, but this discomfort typically lessens and disappears after a few days.
