5:2 Intermittent Fasting Juice & Soup Plan: Week 3 – Game Changer
The 5:2 intermittent Fasting Juice Plan involves eating a regular, healthy diet for five days of the week, and doing a low calorie juice and soup ‘fast’ on the remaining two days. You can choose whichever two days of the week you prefer, you may do them consecutively or have a one non-fasting day in between. We have created four weekly 5:2 Juice and Soup Plans for you to ensure variety and a wide range of nutrients. Each week contains unique juices and soups and comes with a Daily Planner and stickers on the lids of the bottles indicating the order to drink them. Our blast freezing locks in all nutrients and allows you the convenience of ordering multiple weeks at a time.
